Hive Diversity is a job recruiting website. It is devoted to helping the next generation apply to jobs based on their preferences and get hired based on their uniqueness. Hive Diversity values diverse backgrounds and experiences. The mission is to modernize recruiting by focusing on individual qualities rather than educational backgrounds.
I wanted to do something that represented a bee hive, but stayed away from cliches of honey and hexagons. Instead I wanted to focus on the stripes on a bee, and use that a pattern throughout the brand. I also wanted to do something that echoed the phrase “square peg, round hole," while playing with the stripe and square patterns used in the logo. I strayed away from expected black and yellow bee colors and went with a whole plethora of diverse bright colors.
